About these terms
These terms explain how I work with clients. They apply to every project with Squeaks by PB, so please read them before you start a project. By sending payment or confirming a project, you agree to them.
Starting a project
Every project starts with a short message. I reply within a week with next steps, a rough timeline, and what is included. Work begins once we have agreed on the scope and deadline and I have received payment.
Pricing and payment
Prices are confirmed in writing before work begins, including the currency used. Payment is made in full before work starts, unless we agree on something different.
Revisions
After I send your draft, you can ask for changes once, and I will update the piece based on all your feedback together. Please send everything you want changed in a single message, such as wording, tone, or details to add or remove. If the draft misses what we agreed, I will rework it or start over at no extra cost. If you change the topic, direction, or scope after I have started, that is a new request and may be quoted separately. Further changes after the update can also be quoted separately.
Deadlines
Deadlines are agreed before work begins. I will tell you early if something will not fit. If I am waiting on information or feedback from you, the deadline is extended by the same number of days.
What I need from you
You are responsible for giving me accurate information, the key points you want covered, and any sources or links I should use. You confirm that anything you send me is yours to share. I do not write content that is unlawful, misleading, or meant to be handed in as someone else’s academic work.
How the work is made
I use modern tools, including AI-assisted ones, to support my work, but every piece is shaped, reviewed, and finished by me. The heart and soul of it is mine.
Ownership
For pieces written for your own use, ownership passes to you once payment is complete. No credit to this blog appears on the piece, and you can use it however you like.
For pieces featured on this blog, the piece stays on this blog with a link to your website, social page, or other chosen link, and this blog keeps full ownership of it.
Online reputation work
I do not need your passwords or access to your accounts. I draft the content and suggestions, and you approve and post everything yourself. Audits and summaries reflect what is publicly visible at the time I check.
What I do not promise
I put care into every piece, but I cannot promise particular results, such as search rankings, traffic, sales, review scores, or how a piece is treated under copyright law. These depend on many things outside my control.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel within 6 hours of payment for a full refund, as long as I have not yet sent you a draft. After that, or once a draft has been sent, payment is not refundable, except where I am unable to deliver what we agreed. If that happens, I will refund the part that was not delivered.
Samples and portfolio
I may describe finished work in general terms to show my experience, without naming you, unless you ask me not to. I never share private information you have given me.

How I handle your information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Any project is covered by the terms in place when it begins.
