Networking is commonly used in file sharing of computers online or offline. Anywhere, networking is applied most especially in areas such as computer laboratories, internet cafes, small and big offices and corporations. Networking is very convenient when managing a group of individuals. As an administrator, I can easily view what my team has done. I can also choose the files that I will be sharing whether or not to be modified.

As a team member, I can submit whatever work I have done as quickly as possible without the use of any peripheral devices such as a USB and an external hard disk drive. There are cases that there is no internet connection and I cannot open my email account where I have sent my files. That will be a much bigger problem if I do not have a USB or I have a USB but it is infected with a virus.

The advantage of networking is that a message can be sent right away effortlessly particularly if it is a very important notice that everyone needs to know without emailing them. This is how offline networking works.

Offline networking may not always be useful. One way to have a good online networking is through blogging. I can set-up a blog at an instant and I can broadcast whatever I want the world to know. Later on, my blog will be a way of networking where people of all races and ages comment on my blog on what they think of the news I just published having me as the administrator.
